One-on-One Assistance
We encourage parents and families to take the first step in acquiring Child Care assistance by reaching out to our office. We will provide guidance based on eligibility and needs.
Child Care Resources
Our goal is to provide assistance in accessing the resources which are made available to parents and families for child care in Guam. There are several agencies and programs that are ready to help.
Referral Agencies
We can guide you to referral agencies which can be of assistance based on your various needs and eligibility. For example, Child Protective Services is one of the referral agencies.
The BCCS Program supports low-income working families by improving access to affordable, high-quality early care and afterschool programs, so they can work or attend a job training or educational program. It serves families with children under the age of 13 (or through age 18 if the child is mentally or physically incapable of self-care or is under court supervision)*.
* CHILDREN MUST BE: U.S. CITIZENS OR QUALIFIED ALIENS, AND MUST RESIDE WITH PARENTS, LEGAL GUARDIANS, FOSTER PARENTS, OR INDIVIDUALS ACTING IN LOCO PARENTIS.
