The Bureau of Child Care Services (BCCS) helps Guam's childcare workforce improve its skills by providing support and resources for those looking to further their education in early childhood care.

  • The purpose of this Online Training Resource Guide is to link CCDF childcare providers to accessible and free online resources of health and safety-related training topics. This Resource Guide serves as a reference that streamlines access to available online resources organized according to each health and safety topic.

Guam Early Childhood & Caregivers Academy
  • The Guam Early Childhood & Caregivers Academy (G.E.C.C.A.) is Guam's leading training provider for early childhood and caregiving professionals, equipping educators and caregivers with the skills, knowledge, confidence, and expertise they need. The programs align with Guam's Plan for Professional Development (GPPD), which adopts the six core standards from the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) to ensure training meets national best practices. Completed training hours may be eligible to fulfill GPPD and CCDF Block Grant (BCCS) training requirements.
